A Taste of Umbria
About us
Over the past six or seven years our early experiences of Umbria have developed into a deep affection for its nature, its people, its culture and its produce. Lindsey and I get back to Umbria as often as we can and we now have the opportunity to share our love of Umbria with those who can’t get there as often, through its food and drink.
Our Philosophy
We will exploit our knowledge of local products and producers to the benefit of you, our customers, so that you too can enjoy the Taste of Umbria. We will particularly focus on little known and limited availability products but we will also regularly provide information about traditional places to stay and to eat.
We don’t claim that we have a unique knowledge of what is “tasty” in Umbria, so please pass on any information you wish to share with others and we will add it to our web site, maybe start up a blog or even import it for you if you wish.
